HOW IT WORKS
Here's exactly what happens, step by step — simple enough to explain to anyone.
Click "Report an issue near you." You'll see a dark map with colored dots — every dot is a problem someone already reported nearby.
Tap one button: Power cut, Water leak, Streetlight, or Other. That's it — no long form, no signing up, no typing an essay.
Type the name of your area (like "MIDC Road, Karad") and either tap "Use my location" or click the exact spot on the map.
Tip: the more people who name the same area the same way, the faster the pattern shows up.If you've noticed something useful — like "this happens every Tuesday evening" — add one line. It helps everyone see the pattern faster.
Your pin drops on the map immediately. If enough reports build up in your area, its reliability grade updates right there, live, for anyone to see.
Instead of forwarding a screenshot of a WhatsApp message, share the live scoreboard link. A public "D grade" gets noticed in a way a private complaint never does.
